You're the only one; you're my whole world -
The reason I eat, sleep, drink and breathe,
You're why and how I live, even how I dream.
You're the sun on my face when I awake,
And the moon overhead as I stargaze.
You're the shade of the trees come Summer in May,
And the warmth in my heart on a cold Winter day.
You're everything I love.
You're what I want and need.
It isn't just a feeling,
But knowing that you make me complete.

The food I eat and air I breathe.
But I still don't have you
And it's killing me.
I'm just dying to tell you you're my whole world.
But in yours I'm just a grain of sand in the sea.
And now I'm down here drowning.
